I went out with Jenny, Masami, and Akino to Masami's neighborhood izakaya (pub). We loved the owner (backrow: taller guy with glasses and red shirt) and this nice family sitting at the bar.
Akino shared her news that she is moving to Osaka to marry a guy she's recently been introduced to through a matchmaker. She shared with me the startling statistic that there are three single women for every single man here in Fukuoka. No wonder I haven't had any luck! I wish her the best as she starts her new relationship and family in Osaka.
